Following their first day of practice wearing helmets and shoulder pads Monmouth University held its annual Media Day. Coming off a 5-6 season (3-3 in the Big South) the Hawks return 45 lettermen including all-conference players Mike Basile (Jr. Safety), Lavon Chaney (Sr. RB), Payton Minnich (Sr. LB) and Alex Thompson (Jr. C).
